| Our founder and President is John Perkins, FCA who trained at Coopers and Lybrand (now PriceWaterhouseCoopers) in the City of London. He has been Head of Finance for the Consumers' Association, Financial Controller for Alfred Dunhill Ltd, and Regional Accountant for Henlys plc (a large automotive group) running nine branches and 25 staff. John formed Financial Direction in 1990 having recognized the need for growing companies to access the knowledge of a Finance Director with the value and best practices that using an outside accounting service provide. Clients of Financial Direction have included companies employing from five to fifty people, revenues of up to $7 million, which means for some of them we have handled tens of thousands of transactions per year. |
